Hi,
I sincerely tried very hard to finish my story, Helen, but because of this past weekend’s festivities here in Chicago, where I still am, I couldn’t manage it. So I scratched out this little comic for you, it’s the best I can do, for I am dead inside right now.

Ha ha! I was there and ate horribly too (and felt compelled to make a comic about it too!). Is it a cartoonist thing? Or something to do with the word CAKE? Either way, I’m sorry I didn’t see you there!
day one i was fueled by kombucha and xanax, it wasn’t pretty.
