    Before I clicked on the link and read the Lykov’s story, my comment was ” Details! Give us details!” But now, and with much respect to the story you started out telling, I’m thinking that the Lykov tale is worthy of a separate, lengthy and detailed treatment of it’s own. What a story!

      Ah ha, I thought this story sounded familiar, I have seen a film about this story on Youtube. This is cool, thank you for taking on this interesting subject.
