Yes–panel 4!!! It’s sooo scary to walk a dog on the 4th of July in the USA. Our Chessy would be fine until she heard a nearby fire-cracker, then she’d freak out and start running hard. She weighed about a hundred pounds, so there was no way to get her home until she was ready to walk that direction…and then another fire-cracker would explode and it would start over. (She was a rescue dog who had been shot and left for dead, so she had a special fear of explosives.)
